Cervical Pedicle Screws |

Surgical Plan: As there is an intrarticular fracture through both facet joints at C4-5 and C5-6, there is probable need to fuse both. The fracture was stabilized with cervical pedicle screws from C4 to C6. Additionally the metaphyseal ankle fracture with intraarticular extension was treated by open reduction and metaphyseal locking plate. |
