Complaint was of inability to move all 4 limbs and neck pain

Management Plan:

Decompression is required

Probable Need to Stabilize the spine in view of fracture—however stability cannot be assessed with traditional flexion extension radiographs.

Also the problem with the Kyphotic cervical spine—if this can be addressed then so much the better.
